A London based tech start-up and a team of entrepreneurs with a proven track record. We are solving our own problem (one we faced every day as engineers) of how difficult it is to order custom manufactured parts via conventional manufacturing, we are on a mission!

About the Role
The goal of the Sales Operations Leader is to reduce friction within the sales process and therefore to help our sales team be MORE successful in their day-to-day activities. This is a vital function for Geomiq as we are quickly scaling up and need this role to help support us as a growing company as we continue to bring in more customers and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and overseeing a smooth and effective sales process to help enable the continuous growth of Geomiq
- Overseeing the sales funnel
- Streamlining and optimizing the sales process
- Managing the CRM data
- Selecting, implementing and managing sales automation tools
- Sales forecasting
- Working closely with sales leadership to develop KPIs and goals
What are we looking for?
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent understanding of CRMs (HubSpot) and Database software
- Key organisation skills
- 5+ years working in a sales operation’s role
- Excellent analytics and reporting experience
- Project and pipeline management
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen
