About the role:
As a Quality Engineer , you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and timely delivery of orders processed through the hub. You will act as a key owner of post-order performance, working closely with manufacturing partners and internal teams to maintain high standards of quality, logistics efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:
1. Hub Quality & Logistics Oversight
Oversee quality control and logistics for all orders processed through the hub.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing partners to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving post-order quality and logistics issues.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective issue management.
Manage the Engineering Change Request (ECR) process efficiently.
2. Operational Excellence
Champion a “Right First Time” approach across all processes.
Maintain composure and sound judgment when making decisions under pressure.
Identify and escalate systemic issues or improvement opportunities to management.
3. Confidentiality & Compliance
Maintain 100% confidentiality of Geomiq’s supply chain and customer information.
Ensure proper redaction where required and escalate uncertainties to management before proceeding.
Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Able to read and understand technical Engineering Drawings (ideally for CNC machined parts).
Minimum 1 year experience working as a Quality Control Specialist within the manufacturing industry.
Experience in manufacturing of metal and plastic components (CNC, Injection Moulding, Sheet Metal would be a bonus).
Track record of excellent problem-solving and process improvement.
Ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environment where decisions must be made quickly.
High attention to details and data-driven approach.
