Identify performance gaps, challenge assumptions and ensure actions are agreed and owned.
Support strategic decisions through robust analysis of investments, costs, growth opportunities and commercial trade-offs.
Cash and Commercial Control
Own cash flow forecasting, working capital and short- and medium-term liquidity visibility.
Strengthen control across revenue, purchasing, credit control, customer collections, supplier payments and expenditure.
Build clear visibility of gross margin, customer and project profitability, and the economics of the marketplace.
Partner with commercial and operational leaders to improve financial performance and accountability.
Finance Function and Systems
Build scalable finance processes, systems, controls and reporting that can support continued growth.
Improve the quality and consistency of data flowing between Geomiq’s platform, operational processes and finance systems.
Develop the capability, structure and priorities of the finance function as the business evolves.
Work across Software, Sales, Operations and the leadership team to embed strong financial ownership throughout Geomiq.

Proven ownership of financial reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and business performance.
Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting requirements, statutory reporting, audit, tax compliance and financial governance.
Commercially astute, with the ability to connect financial results to operational drivers and business decisions.
Experience improving finance processes, systems, reporting and data quality within a scaling or changing organisation.
Confident operating directly with a CEO and leadership team, providing clear advice and constructive challenge.
