Recruiter Interview 🙋♀️
The first interview usually lasts 30-40 minutes and serves as a two-way street to assess mutual fit. We'll discuss your experience, skills, and career goals, and you'll have the opportunity to learn about Geomiq.
Hiring Manager Interview 👨💻
Moving on to a more technical 1-hour conversation focusing on your skills and experience, as well as discussing the specifics of the role. You will also meet some of the team members and your potential manager to better understand the team dynamics and work environment.
Take Home Task 💻
For most of our more technical roles you will receive a take home task. The task will usually take 3 - 4 hours to complete.
Final Interview 🏁
Almost there! This is the final step in our recruitment process, where you will get a chance to present your task to the hiring manager and a senior executive.
If you are interviewing for a position in our London office, this will be a face-to-face interview and presentation.
